Allergy, Dandelion, Liver Cleanse, Nettle, Aloe Vera Cleansing Drink

Foods - 

Lemon Cleanse -  for many this is known as the Master cleanse promoted by Stanley Burroughs

2 TBsp lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
2 TBsp genuine organic maple syrup, Grade B
1/10 Tsp cayenne pepper, gradually increase (35,000 HU is the standard medicinal dose level)
10-14 oz pure water

Combine juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper with water. Drink every 1 to 2 hours. Take no other food, but do drink lots of water in between lemonade drinks.

Use fresh lemons or limes only, never canned or frozen lemon juice. Use organic and vine ripened when possible. Also, Mix your lemonade fresh just before drinking. Don't mix it up in the morning for the whole day. You can, however, squeeze your lemons in the morning and measure out the 2 Tbsp when needed.

Lemons, like all citrus, is a good stimulant for your liver.

Potassium Broth -

This is a great-tasting addition to your cleansing program. It helps flush toxins, poisons and unwanted salts and acids while providing concentrated vitamins and minerals. We suggest this with our Rejuvenation Cleanse.

Fill a large pot with 25% potato peelings (peels can be 3/8 inch thick), 25% carrot peelings (juice the rest of the carrot) and whole chopped beets, 25% chopped onions including 50 cloves of garlic (it is not necessary to peel garlic, separate cloves and crush), 25% celery and dark greens. Add hot peppers to taste.

Add enough distilled water to cover vegetables and simmer on very low temperature for 2-3 hours. Strain, if you choose,  drink the broth several times daily.

The vegetable remains are good for compost.

This makes enough for two days. Refrigerate the leftover broth in a glass container. It is important to use organic
vegetables.

If you are not a cook, then substitute Gayelord Haueser's Potassium /Vegetable Broth from Modern Foods, the same folks that make SPIKE.  Look for the green box.
