Lecithin
One of the most important
nutrients for purification this phospholipid is rich in linoleic and linolenic
EFAs (essential fatty acids). It is found in egg yolk and most edible
plants, including oat, wheat, rice, soy and peanuts. It is an important
anti-oxidant, and has an important role in the structure of cell wall membranes
in the body.
