Flint River Ranch has established a benefit for you (EFT - Exchequer Funds Transfer) to accommodate processing your orders immediately. This is as confidential as sending your check in the mail. A duplicate check draft is printed and appears in your bank statement. The draft is a legal instrument and subject to the same banking laws and checking account regulations as your regular check payment. All data is confidential. Drafts are processed only after your order is packed and shipped.

Only one copy of your check is needed on file for bank routing and account reference. It will not be necessary to continue to fax or mail voided checks with future orders. Remember to deduct invoice amounts from your checking account.
BY FAX: Write VOID across the front of your check and fax along with the order form.
Future orders can be left with telephone message by authorizing EFT.
BY PHONE AUTHORIZATION: If you need an order before a voided copy of your check is received, or prefer to authorize payment at the time of your order, we accept telephone authorization for payment for orders placed during normal business hours. Have a copy of your check available. After authorization, write VOID across the check and mail it to Flint River Ranch to confirm the magnetic routing numbers.
Phone authorization requires the following information as it appears on your check:
