Colon cleansing just isn't enough and in this season of the year, winter in the Northern latitudes.  It is best in winter to focus on cleansing and detoxifying your kidneys and bladder.

Most people truly do not understand the importance of detoxification and it should be understood that it is not just a cleanse.  The two are coincidental but cleansing may often not bring about detoxification, especially at the cellular level.
