Quite a few years ago the librarian at ARE contacted me and asked if I would write something for them about my use of Palma Christi, the oil that heals, for the Virginia Beach Library. Here is that communication.
Hello Linda, I finally found a break in all the hectic things in my life to write you. I am sending you the information about clients I have worked with who have been helped by the Palma Christi for their eye conditions. I have read Edgar Cayce since I was quite young. I am always amazed by the results I see with his health suggestions. Just after our emails and my blog post I spoke with a friend in a small community between Pullman and Spokane. She asked me about help for eye problems for some friends of hers. Actually, this served as a stimulus for me to once again make up my little eye care kits so that others can be helped where my practice is now based. I ordered my supplies today! I hope this is in a form that you find helpful. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions. Thank you again for contacting me. I am pleased to help spread the word about natural health care. Using Palma Christi for Eye Health I have worked with people who have had cataracts, most pre-surgery, although several post-surgery cases. I have also worked with people who had floaters, macular degeneration, detached retina, and glaucoma. One case involved a corneal cut done by accident. Many others were involving retinopathy, pollution or environmental irritation, allergy and the build-up of matter in the eyes (one was a Golden Retriever rescued dog), blepharitis, dry eyes and Sjögren’s Syndrome. In some cases I use an herbal extract with cayenne and a few other eye health herbs as an eye wash. I also suggest taking capsules of the same formula so that the approach is external and internal. Some people do not like to do this treatment even though I have had excellent results, especially for people with diabetes. I always recommend increasing the amount of vitamin C a person takes daily to no less than 3000 mg, in divided doses. It can be much more and I advise to take this until you notice a laxative effect. Then you know just how deficient you are in Vitamin C. In some cases I also suggest a combination of Vitamin A and Beta Carotene. Vitamin A is for eye health. Beta-carotene will not work alone in some people because they cannot convert it to Vitamin A. When I do not use the herbal approach I always have the Leaflady’s Eye Care Kits ready. I always made these up for clients because small bottles of the Palma Christi are usually not available. I fill a one ounce amber glass dropper bottle and use a dropper cap for the lid. The dose is very simple: One drop in each eye at bedtime. The results always amaze people. I am not sure about the doctors. © CHI 2006. All Rights Reserved. Creating Health Institute
