The body has its own
rhythm. The chart below refers to optimal times of the 24 hour
cycle for activities of physiology. For example, a nutritious
breakfast should be eaten between 7 am and 9 am because this is the time
of day when your stomach is most active. Accordingly, if you
always awaken during the night at 3:30 am you might want to consider
that something is not in balance with your lung function.
